1. What this policy covers
This page describes how Dekimu Labs SL handles personal data on the dekimu.site apex marketing page. Tenant sites served at <slug>.dekimu.site are operated by the Dekimu Hub user who published them; their own privacy policy applies to those pages and is linked in the tenant’s footer.
2. What we collect
The apex page is a static marketing surface. We do not run analytics, do not drop tracking cookies, and do not fingerprint your device on this page. Standard server logs (IP, user-agent, timestamp) are retained for up to 30 days for abuse prevention.
On tenant sites, an optional cookie banner stores a consent decision in your browser’s localStoragefor six months and records that decision (slug, decision, timestamp) on the tenant’s account. No tracking scripts run unless you accept.
3. Why we use it
- Serve the apex page and tenant pages reliably
- Detect abuse and rate-limit malicious traffic
- Forward lead-form submissions on tenant sites to that tenant’s account inbox
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

5. Your rights
Under GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise any of these, email legal@dekimu.com from the address you used. We respond within 30 days.
6. Retention
Server logs are deleted after 30 days. Cookie consent decisions recorded on tenant sites are retained while the tenant’s account is active and deleted within 30 days of account closure.
7. International transfers
Hosting and edge delivery via Vercel may route requests through non-EU regions for performance reasons. Vercel is certified under EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Snapshot storage at Upstash stays in the EU region.
8. Changes
Material changes will be posted at this URL with a new effective date and version. We do not separately notify visitors of non-material edits.
9. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of Spain. You may lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) or the supervisory authority of your habitual residence.
