Terms of Service

By accessing dekimu.site or any tenant page under <slug>.dekimu.site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

dekimu.site is a public showcase renderer operated by Dekimu Labs S.L.. The apex page is marketing material; tenant pages render content published by Dekimu Hub users from a frozen SiteSnapshot.

Dekimu Labs does not edit, curate, or pre-screen tenant content. Each tenant is responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights to publish their own material.

Content visible on <slug>.dekimu.siteis owned by the Dekimu Hub user who published it, not by Dekimu Labs. Disputes about a tenant’s content should be addressed first to that tenant via their listed contact. Notices of clearly unlawful content can be sent to legal@dekimu.com and we will review under EU Digital Services Act procedures.

You agree not to:

• Probe, scan, or attempt to compromise the integrity of dekimu.site or any tenant page
• Submit malicious payloads to lead-form endpoints on tenant pages
• Scrape at a rate that interferes with normal traffic or evades published rate limits
• Impersonate Dekimu Labs or any tenant
• Use the service for content that is unlawful in the jurisdiction where the tenant operates

The Dekimu name, marks, and the rendering software are property of Dekimu Labs S.L.. Tenant content remains property of the publishing tenant. Visiting a page does not grant any license to copy, redistribute, or modify either.

We make reasonable effort to keep dekimu.site available but provide no uptime guarantee. Tenant snapshots are frozen at publish time, so a satellite outage does not affect rendering of already-published pages.

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dekimu Labs S.L. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of dekimu.site or any tenant page. Aggregate liability for direct damages is capped at 100€.

Mandatory consumer-protection rights under Spanish and EU law are not affected by this clause.

We may suspend or terminate access for any visitor or tenant violating these terms or applicable law. Tenants whose Dekimu Hub subscription ends will have their public pages unpublished within 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes will be heard in the courts of Barcelona, without prejudice to consumer rights to bring claims in their place of residence.

Material changes will be posted at this URL with a new effective date and version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
