What this form is for

dekimu.site renders pages published by Dekimu Hub users. We do not write, edit, or pre-screen that content. If you believe something published here is illegal, this form is how you tell us.

This is the notice-and-action mechanism required by Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the Digital Services Act). Anyone may use it — you do not need to be affected by the content, and you do not need a lawyer.

If your complaint is that content is unpleasant, inaccurate, or unfair rather than unlawful, contact the tenant directly through the contact details on their page. We are not able to arbitrate that.

What happens after you submit

  1. We record your notice immediately and give you a reference.
  2. If you left an email address, we confirm receipt without undue delay.
  3. We assess the notice. Where we act, we tell the publisher why, and we tell you what we decided.
  4. Our decision notice explains the redress available to you if you disagree with it.

Decisions here are made by a person, not automatically. We do not run automated content moderation on tenant pages.

Reporting anonymously

You may submit a notice without giving your name or email. For notices concerning offences under Articles 3 to 7 of Directive 2011/93/EU, the DSA expressly does not require your contact details, and we do not ask for them.

The trade-off is practical: without an email address we cannot confirm receipt or tell you what we decided.

Submitting a notice in bad faith

A notice is a serious step. Submitting one you know to be false or misleading may make you liable for any damage it causes, and we may decline to process further notices from a source that repeatedly sends manifestly unfounded ones.

One per line, up to five. We need the exact page — a site name alone is not enough for us to act.

You may report anonymously. We can only confirm receipt and tell you our decision if you leave an email address.

Points of contact

We designate a single electronic point of contact, legal@dekimu.com, for both of the following purposes. Messages reach a person, not only an automated system.

  • Recipients of the service (DSA Art. 12) — anyone using or affected by dekimu.site.
  • Member State authorities, the European Commission and the Board (DSA Art. 11).

The point of contact accepts communications in English and Spanish.

Dekimu Labs S.L. is established in Spain, so no legal representative under Article 13 is appointed. Data-protection requests are handled separately — use the privacy contact on the privacy page instead of this form.
